Students would only need to acquire the CD and after a couple of days, the learning video would be sent. There are also sites that offer free lectures and learning programs however, they are not as effective as online colleges, DVDs or a SEO program. There are websites that offer free conversion tools and programs that students can use. For example, if the student would like to learn more about MYSQL and PHP programming, there are websites that not only provides the program, but also provides the manuals and videos which the student can download freely. There are also membership sites that also provide such videos, but the student would need to create an account and register online in order to enter. The student would be able to learn a lot more if they would stick with the programs provided by the professionals.
