Affiliate marketing has really come along way from where it was just 10 years ago, and we have the internet to thank for that. Many exciting opportunities and avenues have been opened up, with new niche markets being discovered all the time. As affiliates, it's our job to tap these resources and earn as much money as possible for ourselves and our families through free affiliate opportunities. This article is going to cover these opportunities that are freely available to you and help you determine which ones you should be going after. You may have seen those nifty $7 products floating around the internet. Have you ever bought one of them? Did you find it useful? Would you buy another one from the same owner? Chances are you would answer yes to these questions. Most of the time these products offer a lot of good value and prove to be useful. Now here's another question. Would you promote any of these products? If they provide value and offer help to their specific market, then of course you would, right? But, think about this then, how much money could you expect to make promoting $7 products as an affiliate? I'm sure that has you thinking. Now think about those $1,000 or higher products, tele-seminars, webinars, classes, etc. that people sign up for all the time. Did you know you can be an affiliate for those as well? There are numerous free affiliate opportunities for high-ticket items on the internet. I bet you're thinking about how much more money you could make by selling just one of those products. You're right; you can make a lot more money just in one affiliate commission. But here's the catch. As an affiliate marketer, if you're just starting out, you want to be promoting the low-ticket items. Why? For one, it'll be easier to make the sale, especially if you're new to affiliate marketing. But, it also helps build trust and will have your customers coming back to your for more recommendations. What do you recommend to them next time? Maybe not a $1,000 price tag, but eventually it can lead to that. So, in conclusion, start out small with low-ticket free affiliate opportunities, and then promote high-ticket products on the back-end once you've gained trust among your website visitors, newsletter subscribers, blog readers, etc.
