You can build your website quickly and get it ranked "high" on Google: Anyone can get ranked on Google with any keyword, the truth is that you can choose a keyword such as "finding a black book in a black room" and still be ranked number one. This does not mean that others will find your work as well. The reason is that while one keyword or phrase can get you ranked somewhere (almost anything does work) the fact is that you will need to get keywords which are a bit more competitive for you to make your income, or money, with your websites or your online writing.

You can make money From Google AdSense and other PPC programs on the first day: Yes, this is partly true, you can, but for the most part, you will find that in the beginning of your business with these programs the money you will make with them will come and go, often in spikes. You might make ten dollars on that first day but then for the next 30 days you make pennies, if nothing at all. So, relax and enjoy and think long-term.
